These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Floristry Courses website, lessons, downloadable materials, newsletters, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Payments

Prices are listed per course, subscription, or bundle (as applicable) and may change over time. Taxes, bank fees, and currency conversion costs may apply depending on your location and payment method.

Promotions and codes

Promotional codes (for example, BLOOM10) may have eligibility requirements, expiration dates, usage limits, and restrictions. Promotional discounts are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

Refunds and access

If a refund policy is presented at the point of purchase, it will apply to that transaction. Access to digital content may be provided immediately after purchase; if so, you acknowledge that immediate performance may affect refund rights as permitted by applicable law.

We may use third-party payment processors. Your payment information is handled by those providers under their terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual Property

The Services and all associated materials (including lessons, videos, worksheets, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

License to you

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes.

Restrictions
